Arial Resident runs on an in-room tablet using the Wi-Fi likely already present in your community so there is no need for additional, expensive infrastructure—just simple, scalable setup.
Residents can still activate alarms from a pendant, call station, and now, directly from the tablet. Once an alarm is initiated, the tablet displays the alarm or call active status. When a caregiver calls into the room through Arial Resident during an active alarm, the call is automatically accepted—no resident interaction required.
Beyond addressing a resident alarm, caregivers can request to connect to the resident room at any time or leverage the functionality to call other staff hands-free to request additional assistance.
